Do you have minimum order requirements?
No minimum order for purchases—you can buy a single box if that is what you need. For delivery, we require a $100 minimum order or a small delivery fee applies. Free delivery on orders over $500 within 50 miles.
How fast can you deliver?
Same-day delivery is available in the Puget Sound region for orders placed by 10 AM. Next-day delivery is available throughout Washington and Oregon. We also offer scheduled delivery for recurring needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and offer Net 30 terms for qualified business accounts. Payment is due upon delivery for new customers unless credit terms are established.

What if I receive damaged boxes?
All boxes are inspected before shipping, but if any boxes arrive damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. We stand behind our grading system.
