Common questions about our delivery services

What are your delivery hours?
Standard deliveries are made Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. Early morning (6AM-8AM) and Saturday deliveries available upon request for an additional fee.
Do you deliver to residential addresses?
Yes, we deliver to residential addresses in all zones. However, orders must meet zone minimums and we may require someone present to receive the delivery.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes! All deliveries include GPS tracking. You'll receive a link to track your driver in real-time and notifications when they're approaching.
What if I need boxes today?
Same-day delivery is available in Zones 1 & 2 for orders placed by 12PM. For urgent needs, call us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery fees vary by zone. Many orders qualify for free delivery - see the zone chart above. We'll provide exact delivery costs with your quote.
What if I'm not in your delivery area?
We can arrange delivery to most locations in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho through our carrier network. Contact us for a custom quote.

Visit our Tacoma facility for same-day pickup. No minimum order required for pickup orders. We'll have your order ready when you arrive.
