What are your warehouse hours?
Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday 7am-5pm for receiving and shipping. We can arrange after-hours access for customers with scheduled delivery needs. Weekend access available by appointment.
How do I access my stored inventory?
You can request inventory releases via phone, email, or our online portal. Standard orders ship within 24 hours. Same-day shipping available for orders placed before noon.
Is there a minimum storage requirement?
The minimum for box storage is 50 boxes. For pallet storage, there's no minimum - even single pallet storage is welcome. Longer commitments receive better monthly rates.
Do you offer climate-controlled storage?
Yes, our facility is climate-controlled to maintain stable temperature and humidity. This protects cardboard from moisture damage and warping. Ideal for long-term storage.
Can you receive shipments on my behalf?
Absolutely! We can receive inbound shipments, inspect them, add them to your inventory, and store them. We'll provide receiving reports so you know exactly what arrived.
How is inventory tracked?
We use a computerized inventory management system. You receive monthly inventory reports, and can request current counts anytime. We alert you when stock drops below your specified threshold.
